NEW YORK, June 14, 2024 - IronGate Cybersecurity, LLC, a premier provider of digital forensics, incident response, and cybersecurity solutions, was named Zywave Cyber Newcomer of the Year. Co-founded by Stephen Ramey and Joe DePaul, IronGate launched in September 2023 to help organizations guard against emerging digital threats and recover faster from breach incidents.
Zywave’s Cyber Risk Awards are determined by an industry-wide “people’s choice” voting system that honors the cyber risk industry's best individuals and firms in 2024.
"We're humbled, honored, and quite simply thrilled to have won the award," said IronGate CEO Steve Ramey. "Thank you to everyone who has supported us in launching IronGate, especially our team who has made this a great place through outstanding professional service."
After nearly 10,000 cyber industry professionals cast their votes, IronGate was chosen as the "start-up operation from 2023 that has made a real impact on how cyber threats are identified, quantified or mitigated." IronGate is honored for demonstrating award criteria including "a refreshingly new way of doing business, a technological breakthrough or a particularly interesting partnership of skills to make a splash in 2023."
"This award is an incredible way to celebrate the impact of our mission so far in harnessing emerging technologies to empower our clients to fortify their data and maximize their resilience to threats," IronGate Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer Joe DePaul added. "There's much more to come. IronGate is just getting started."
